The 2025 Lifetime Achievement Award goes to... Bob Ridge!

We are thrilled to announce that Bob Ridge will be honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award at the PACE Awards 2025! Bob's impactful contributions have left an indelible mark on the event industry.


The ILEA Lifetime Achievement Award is an Individual Recognition Award that honors an individual who has given their time, dedication, leadership and knowledge towards the advancement of the events industry.

Bob Ridge is owner and founder of IndyVisual, a full-time video production studio specializing in corporate, wedding and music filmmaking since 1993. Bob graduated from Indiana University with degrees in telecommunications and psychology. After winning three ADDY Awards for his work with CBS affiliate WLFI-TV in West Lafayette, he founded On the Spot Productions, which would later be rebranded as IndyVisual. He has been a finalist for the global ILEA (International Live Events Association) Esprit Award eight times, winning in 2010, 2014, 2015 and 2023, the latter three for Best Event Filmmaking/Capture.


Bob is a voting member of the Country Music Association (CMA) and has directed official music videos for artists such as Ray Stevens, B.J. Thomas, Collin Raye, Ty Herndon, Kristinia DeBarge and Rachael Lampa. His music videos have been featured on GMA, People, CMT, TNN, Billboard, Taste of Country and more.
