What are the "best practices" of planners and vendors working together, and how can it benefit our community? Our speaker, Johnell Huebner of Clearly Classy Events and President of ILEA Austin, will touch on this (and more!) as we explore ways that we can support each other and our clients to uphold the highest industry standards. 

This event will cover key competencies within the ILEA Core Curriculum to promote consistent educational framework throughout the live events industry, and is a great way to prepare for the CSEP Exam

Walk-in Policy: A $20 surcharge will be added to the meeting fee for all walk-ins. Walk-in guests will NOT be guaranteed a meal until all paid and registered ILEA guests have been seated. We ask that walk-ins be seated at the designated 'walk-in' table for lunch. If seats become available at the other tables, one of the ILEA Board Members will escort the guest to the table.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received no later than 5 pm, four business days before each event by emailing If cancellation is made after 5pm four business days before the program, registration fees will not be refunded. The member may offer another member his/her ticket to the program up until 24 hours before the program.
