YOU WON'T WANT TO MISS THIS!

Mt Everest. Without question, the most daunting wonders of physical and mental challenges on the planet. Just the idea of this mountain's sheer power captivates people but yet only few have survived the climb and have told the story.

Now imagine you are at basecamp…looking up at this, god-made, monument to glory and strength. Through vision, planning, funding, teamwork, training, etc., you've made it to this point…basecamp. Now it's time to meet your challenge. Now it's time to gather your team, get your equipment on, and take every small step towards the largest goal of your life. The thing is…..you're really sitting at your desk, staring at your calendar…knowing…your own Everest is looking down at you….waiting for your first step. What is that step? Is it vision?... planning?... communication?... teamwork?...etc.? How do you take what you have, throw it on your back, and head towards your goal?

Through more than 20 years of experience, Albert will help you realize your Everest, how to get the traction you need to get up your mountain, plant your flag, and most importantly, come home to the true glory…sharing your adventures with the ones you love. Albert has flown more than 260 combat missions, evacuated 350+ patients, worked with our military's best; Navy SEALS, Army Special Forces, Army Rangers, and supported thousands more in the Global War on Terrorism. He has consulted deploying National Guard/Reserve Service Members and even set boots on ground in Afghanistan to further consult leaders in the heat of their mission to continue America's vision. He has participated in events that have saved hundreds of people and even Medal of Honor award-winning missions in the most austere conditions our military has ever faced.

Albert, through his personal stories of combat time as a medical evacuation (MEDEVAC) helicopter pilot, will discuss Vision, the Golden Hour of Trauma, Teamwork, Control, and Chaos Planning to help you determine where you’ve been, where you are, and how to get where you want to be on your path to planting your flag of success.
